- Suitable for CNC or Manual lathes
- Easy to attach. No tools needed
- Jaws are bored at same clamping pressure used to hold part for higher accuracy
- Three sizes cover chuck range as follows:
- TL-100 for 5", 6", and 8" chucks
- TL-125 for 6", 8", and 10" chucks
- TL-160 for 8", 10", and 12" chucks

Features :
- Ideal for machining soft jaws on 3 jaw chucks
- Attaches quickly without tools.
- Applies equal pressure on all jaws.
- Attaches to front of jaws, compensating for “jaw lift.”
- JB Type nominal sizes :
- JB-05 for 5" chucks
- JB-06 for 6" chucks
- JB-08 for 8" chucks
- JB-10 for 10" chucks
- JB-12 for 12" chucks
- JB-15 for 15" chucks
- A 4" version is available but not stocked

Master Stepped Hard Top Jaws
- 3 Jaws per Set
- Serrations - 1.5mm x 60°Deg Standard
- Jaws for 10" chucks and smaller have two steps and the 12" and 15" have one step - see fig 2. in diagram below.
- Material: SNCM 21 Steel Hardened to HRC 58-6
The Master Stepped Hard Top Jaws are adaptable to most lathe chucks
with 1.5mm x 60° serrations.
